Meet Michael Ruiz, Senior Account Manager at Voyager Consultants. Michael started his career nine months ago and has a bright future ahead.

It’s tough to put into words Michael’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring him on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for his efforts. Michael has quite the reputation amongst employees who know him because of his warm personality.

What makes Michael unique is that he is always pushing himself out of his comfort zone, asking for more responsibilities to move up in the company, and consistently showing the right work habits.

Michael is one of our most valuable employees as he demonstrates leadership and mentorship skills, encourages positivity, and motivates others to be better.

As a team player, Michael will always put the needs of the rest of the team above his own. Recently, one of the team member’s sales was low, and Michael stayed late with them to ensure they could make sure their day was profitable.

It’s clear that he has genuine care and commitment for Voyager Consultants, and we absolutely love the integrity with which he works.

In response, we asked him what knowledge he would like to share with the rest of the team, and he replied: “Listen to the people above you, and you’ll get to where you want to go faster than attempting things on your own.”
